The Western runs a monthly Comedy Night - stand up comedy featuring top acts from around the UK.

Each show features a line-up of professional comedians who have performed at the likes of Jongleurs, The Comedy Store and Edinburgh Fringe.

The night is hosted by Cornwall's own Matt Price.

Dates are:

• Wednesday 3rd December 2008
• Friday 2nd January 2009
• TBA - 2009

Entry is £7.00 on the door.
Doors open at 8.00pm - get here early to get a good seat.
The show starts at 9.00pm and finishes at around 11.30pm.
