The Western is one of the main venues for live music in St Ives.

We have something for everyone and try our best to stage all types of music including:

• Jazz

• Rock

We hold an open Acoustic Folk Session every Tuesday throughout the year and an Open Mic' evening every Wednesday during the summer. All performers (and listeners !) welcome.

St Ives Jazz Club meets every Tuesday at The Western - featuring some of the best modern jazz acts in the country. We offer a special rate for Jazz Club members or visitors who want to stay overnight - contact us for details.

On Fridays we stage two of Cornwall's best known American Folk musicians. Guy Charles & Richard Plank will be inviting guests to accompany them most weeks, to join in their musical tour of Folk Blues, Old Time, early Country Music & Americana.

St Ives Blues Club stage gigs on the last Thursday of every month, with both local bands and acts from around the country.
