The Western is one of the main venues for live music in St Ives.

We have something for everyone and try our best to stage all types of music including:

We hold an Acoustic "Musicians Unplugged" Session every Monday night. All are welcome - musicians or those who simply want to enjoy the music.

St Ives Jazz Club meets every Tuesday at The Western - featuring some of the best modern jazz acts in the country. For the second year running, St Ives Jazz Club has been shortlisted by the All Party Parliamentary Jazz Appreciation Group for the Parliamentary Jazz Awards in the category of Jazz Venue of the year.

Cafe Jazz is an evening of modern jazz where you can enjoy a three course meal from our a la carte menu and enjoy some great music.

We offer a special rate for Jazz Club members or visitors who want to stay overnight - contact us for details.

Friday is Songwriters Night - hosted by local musicians with an open mic' for original music. All performers (and listeners !) welcome.
